Personal Training

Research shows that working out with a friend or two can increase motivation and accountability.  I offer semi-private training sessions for people who live in the Huntersville/Charlotte area.  I am a Metabolic Effect certified trainer and use their principle of Rest Based Training – “Push until you can’t ~ Rest until you can!” 

two people – $25 per person for 30 minutes

three people – $20 per person for 30 minutes

For those that wish to have a private one-on-one session the cost is $40 for 30 minutes.
